湛江出现假冒11选5彩票 体彩提醒彩民谨防受骗

记者日前获悉，近段时间湛江市悄然出现了一种假冒广东或山东“11选5”高频彩的黑彩票，这些黑彩票借助公彩“11选5”的开奖号码进行所谓的“开奖”，其背后的庄家操纵赔率和兑奖额度，欺骗彩民，谋取非法利益。为进一步打击私彩，保护彩民的合法利益，湛江体彩中心提醒广大彩民，非法私彩奖金兑付风险巨大，购买合法的“11选5”请认准天朝体育彩票投注站招牌，特别是店内悬挂的天朝体育彩票经营许可证，以免上当受骗。) ?( k. n" _" k1 K

据悉，官方发行的“11选5”由于具备好玩易中、固定返奖、开奖快（12分钟一期，全天70期）、随到随买、即开即奖的优势，颇受广大彩民喜爱。而湛江的地下私彩庄家就是瞄准了公彩“11选5”这个优势和庞大的彩民市场，非法模仿公彩“11选5”的开奖号码进行所谓的“开奖”。在奖金设置上，假冒的“11选5”黑彩票往往以高额奖金作为诱饵，欺骗一些贪便宜、不理智的彩民购买，对于大额奖金，往往以各种理由或借口拒绝兑付，严重破坏了彩票市场秩序，损害了国家利益和彩民利益。- P I& E- K" k( ^( P

据了解，地下私彩和假冒彩票不仅在广东省湛江出现，在国内的很多地方也有发生。据济南时报报道，就在近日，湖北武汉警方在打击假冒“3D时时彩”福利彩票突击行动中，便连端13个黑彩票点，抓获并依法处理违法人员11人。

为协助打击地下私彩，近年来湛江体彩中心做了大量工作：一是通过体彩终端机发布信息，对全市网点进行告诫，并呼吁广大彩民提高鉴别能力，如发现有出现违法、违规的体彩投注站，请向各级体彩中心及公安机关举报。同时湛江体彩加强了网点巡查，如接到投诉后，马上派人取证，并加强和当地有关部门联系，做好招牌拆除后续工作。二是制作了提醒牌，维护彩民的合法权益。提醒牌内容为：“体彩中心提醒彩民，购买合法的电脑体育彩票必须通过体彩终端机”，让全市网点在投注站内显眼的地方悬挂。三是及时召开了全市体彩专管员会议，明确职责，责任到人，加强巡查监管力度，并为此专门成立了湛江市体育局体彩投注站销售明查暗访小组。
