当日13时许，宫克强守在怀德镇霍家村东侧的乡间路上，待唐某走过去后，突然冲上去用木棒狠狠地打了唐某后脑两下。在将唐某打倒后，宫克强抢走了唐某身上的304元钱。1 R% }8 z, R1 b
抢钱后被村民抓住
( F7 E9 q3 d& g% V; {3 h) p 抢完钱后，宫克强就沿着乡路往南跑，被村民李某发现。在看见唐某躺在地上后，李某感觉应该是有人被抢了，就喊来唐某某(唐某的儿子)和佟某等人一起追赶宫克强。很快，躲进一处壕沟内的宫克强被众人抓获，交给了随后赶来的民警。+ g f7 G8 |5 q) P; E% r2 z- ]* @
被害人因无钱手术死亡
6 b1 Q V" ?8 R# a 唐某随后被送往公主岭市中心医院进行抢救。结果，唐某的家人以经济困难、付不起医药费为由放弃了对唐某的手术抢救，致唐某因重度颅脑损伤经救治无效于同年3月8日死亡。6 {3 O8 J1 S+ h* v# ?# n- a
劫犯被判死缓
0 l9 A+ g5 Z! f" }! z4 O 四平市中级人民法院近日对本案进行了一审判决。鉴于在救治唐某时未手术抢救等具体情节，最终，四平市中级人民法院以宫克强犯抢劫罪，判处死刑，缓期二年执行，剥夺治政权利终身，并处罚金5000元，赔偿唐某家人各项经济损失4.4万余元。 |
