应该不是假的，都已经举办了多次活动，发了数次公告，这个权限非一般在线客服能比。另外，博彩公司内部客服之间或者部门之间的沟通貌似没有大家想象的那么顺畅和清楚。 |

客服如果细分的话也有普通客户专员、VIP专员、数据资料员(统计、查询)、电话客服、线上客服、论坛客服(部分公司线上客服兼任论坛客服)；" M* S+ I; e- p6 T
线上客服也会有远程客服，如家中办公、公司办公与兼职客服，客服部门人员相互不熟悉不足为奇...
