宝鸡一信用社工作人员公款Dubo 翻本不成获徒刑

为了Dubo翻本，竟把手伸向储户，近日，陕西省宝鸡市陈仓区检察院提起公诉的被告人赵某，被法院以涉嫌职务侵占罪判处其有期徒刑三年八个月。0 o, X2 Q+ j5 ~, a/ y5 C, a% F
6 J4 Q3 A$ p& Q1 I: m7 D “我明明将227540元现金存到了信用社，但信用社给我发的对账单上却没有这笔钱，这二十多万元怎么就不翼而飞了”。陈仓区一小学会计李某对于办理学校教职工住房公积金存款业务的过程中遇到的这件事很纳闷。

侦查机关在获得这一消息后，经过缜密侦查，终于将这件事情的来龙去脉查的水落石出。原来时任宝鸡市陈仓区某信用社营业室综合柜员的犯罪嫌疑人赵某长期在游戏厅Dubo，将自己的积蓄输得一干二净，并欠下了一堆赌债。为了翻本就将罪恶的双手伸向了信用社储户的存款。2010年9月10日，赵某在办理一学校教职工住房公积金现金缴款业务过程中，利用职务之便，将现金缴款单及存储现金隐匿，把本应存缴信用社的20余万元资金私自截扣，将这笔资金用于在游戏厅玩“老虎机”Dubo。2010年年底，会计李某与信用社对账时，发现少了一笔的20多万元的存款，才导致案发。
