银河娱乐副主席吕耀东昨日表示，受金融海啸波及，预期澳门今年博彩业收益会下跌一至两成，但适逢澳门回归祖国十周年、特首及立法会选举以及广东省或放宽游客限制，估计澳门博彩业今年表现不会太差。此外，他还指出，作为拥有全球最大规模博彩业的地区，从长远来看，对澳门地区和博彩业的发展充满信心。
: S/ @& l& i! }* H, b 澳门持有赌牌和附牌的六家博彩公司，日前决定联合成立博彩企业商会，澳BO主席何鸿關担任首届的商会主席。对此，吕耀东指出，该商会将于3月16日举行第二次会议，而成立商会一事已筹备多时，尤其是在当前的市况下，营运商觉得有必要透过同业的合作，令澳门赌业有更稳定蓬勃的发展。 8 d( Q2 p4 V4 k0 }# g& I6 S
码佣未来料进一步下跌
0 }# N1 T5 r; Z0 d; C! E 至于业界十分关注的澳门ZF正就中介人佣金(码佣)制订上限的进度，吕耀东则希望有关政策能尽快落实，他还透露，现时码佣水平约介乎1.2%至1.3%，预计未来码佣水平会进一步下跌及收紧。此外，吕耀东认为，同业之间透过提高码佣，获取市场并非长久之策，因为澳门赌业的整体发展最终仍需提高服务的质量和公司的核心竞争力。 8 s9 B" x$ N- `8 l$ R
持现金50亿足应付营运
( t$ V' ]4 ?( _/ @: `: v 谈到银娱的未来发展，吕耀东则强调，旗下澳门路湲娱乐城渡假村项目从未停工，只是发展放慢，公司今年还将就该项目投入20亿元，而整个项目投资额约105亿元，公司有足够的财务资源应付。不过，他指出，由于该项目耗资巨大，不容出现任何差错，所以公司管理层会视乎市况决定实际的开幕日期，但仍维持2010年开幕的目标。
! V o9 @) p0 w$ R) H 此外，吕耀东称，尽管市场环境不理想，银河的市场占有率不但没有受到影响，反而取得30%的理想增长。
- Y1 s, z, U5 p' \5 u1 @3 `. F* ~" ^ 此外，在当前的经济寒冬下，吕耀东表示，十分欣喜的看到公司能够先知先觉，早于去年便实施一系列的控制开支政策，令其财务表现属于同业中比较优秀的。他透露，当前公司手持现金约50亿元，足够应付旗下项目发展和日常营运的开支。至于是否会考虑购买金沙集团正寻求出售的部分资产，吕耀东则称，现阶段仍会将主要资源集中于自身业务发展上。 |
