本报讯(记者 李升 通讯员 秦明)根据前期对全市电子游戏厅的排摸、调查，8月8日至14日，兰州市公安局治安管理支队抽调60余名警力，对电子游戏机Dubo的现象进行了为期一周的专项整治行动。其间，共查处电子Dubo游戏厅16家，查获各类Dubo游戏机239台，Dubo游戏机电路板420块，查获赌资及非法所得共1.5万余元，抓获参赌人员63人。[b] 突击检查查获大量Dubo机[/b] 0 h7 \: ]% p0 d% P' H( T- O3 ]0 S
8月11日下午，兰州市公安局治安管理支队兵分三路对全市大型电子游戏厅进行突击检查。记者跟随一组来到西关什字展开行动。
/ b+ _' i( d" L6 s- Y 当日下午3时许，检查民警来到西关什字步行街“七彩飞扬动漫城”。“押注，上分！”刚走进门口，叫喊声便清晰可闻。记者看到，不到200平方米的大厅内摆放着80余台各式各样的Dubo游戏机，数十名涉赌人员正聚精会神地操作着。“这不是Dubo机，只是普通的游戏机。”面对民警，店员辩解说。“可以押注，上分，退币，这还是普通的游戏机吗？”面对民警的反问，这名店员低着头一言不发。检查发现，Dubo机集中在游艺厅两边，外面包围着普通游戏机的外壳。民警控制了现场之后，将相关人员带到附近的派出所询问，并对Dubo机进行现场销毁。经盘查，参赌人员中大多都是无业青年或打工者。[b] 行动一周查获239台Dubo机[/b] ( Z- T0 n& g3 o8 ^
为期一周的专项整治行动中，兰州市公安局治安管理支队共组织4次检查，查处电子Dubo游戏厅16家，分别是：城关区张掖路“七彩飞扬动漫城”、“永利动漫城”，中山路“未来世界动漫城”，甘南路“玩美世界动漫城”、“梦幻天地动漫城”、“阿非利嘉电玩城”，永昌路南端“博森电玩城”，雁西路“新浪仔电玩城”、“开心动漫城”、“福运动漫城”，火车站西路天成茶楼二层游戏厅，东岗西路“鑫合动漫城”，还有坐落在雁西路、闵家桥的两家无名称游戏厅。共查获Dubo游戏机239台，Dubo游戏机电路板420块，查获赌资及非法所得共1.5万余元，抓获参赌人员63人。警方对游戏厅存在的Dubo性质的游戏机全部现场销毁，对16家有Dubo性质的游戏厅，进行停业整顿或处罚处理。此次专项行动中，警方针对电子游戏存在的“麻将机”、“老虎机”、“赛马机”、“大亨”、“车霸”等电子游戏Dubo进行了严厉打击，有效遏制了电子游戏机Dubo活动蔓延的势头。
6 j! e1 t" V+ w2 `, E- V 据治安管理支队相关负责人介绍，为防止清查后部分商家改头换面和死灰复燃，此次行动还将持续数周时间，而且责任到人，包干到底。警方表示，将对所有Dubo游戏机现场销毁，并责令该场所立即停业整顿，并对相关责任人进行治安处罚。同时，警方呼吁市民对游戏机Dubo场所继续积极举报。 |
