中彩网讯 近三月，天朝彩票接踵爆出亿元巨奖。7月26日，在福彩双色球连续多期奖池超6亿的刺激下，浙江同一投注站的两张倍投单式票揽得5.14亿元奖金，巨奖开出后引来各种不实质疑，不法“预测”诈骗网站借着质疑声扶摇直上，宣称彩票可以预测，一时间网络上彩票诈骗网站激增，一些对彩票不了解的彩民不幸成了“牺牲品”。" c6 C- y( w$ c
根据360安全卫士监测，7月份网上新增“彩票预测”欺诈网站数量超过1800个，7月前10天360安全卫士拦截此类网站的访问量最近10天已飙升为820万次!另外记者从360安全中心了解到，最近360监测到的钓鱼网站中，彩票预测网站占据了5个钓鱼网站的3个。

( w: w; \2 k& p" Q; X 中彩网报道过大量彩票预测网站诈骗钱财的骗术，这些网站大多标有“国内最权威专家预测”、“天朝福彩指定合作网站”、“中奖率80%以上”等诸如此类的虚假信息，还刊登一些“中奖会员实例”，甚至伪造中彩网官方资质证件，让骗术尽可能“圆满”，其目在于诱惑彩民花钱购买预测号码，通过“会员费”、“保密费”、“号码使用费”等名义骗取钱财，得手后网站很快就无法打开，联系人也人间蒸发，损失难以追回。2 R1 H* J, @& d1 r
早在2008年，民政部就发表了《关于未建立福利彩票号码预测官方网站的声明》，指出民政部是天朝福利彩票行政管理职能部门，没有建立，也未指定任何关于福利彩票号码预测的官方网站，未与任何网站合作发布信息或者提供福利彩票号码预测服务。彩票号码具有随机性和不可预测性，希望广大彩民提高警惕，谨防受骗。（中彩网 李燕 维C） |
