记者林霞 经过一个多月的缜密侦查，昨晚，由昆明市公安局治安支队、盘龙分局、特警支队组成联合行动队，一举端掉了一个盘踞在大板桥工业园区附近山头，流窜开设DC的特大Dubo团伙。抓获参赌人员上百名，缴获大量赌资、涉赌车辆数十辆。

据介绍，该团伙组织成员有五六十人，均来自昭通镇雄。一个月前，在大板桥工业园区附近山头，设立了七八个赌点，每天轮流设点，DC位置不固定，选定地点后临时搭棚供参赌人员进行参赌，其中清水沟附近设有3个赌点，宝象河边的山头上还有3个。每一个赌点，参赌人员都有一两百人，用的是一种名叫“推筒子”的Dubo方式，赌资都在100万元以上，个人涉赌金额高达二三十万。

参赌人员来自云南、四川、贵州、湖南等地，有农民、生意人，但绝大部分都是寄生在DC里长期从事Dubo活动的涉赌人员，有100多人。

据当地村民讲，每天都有上百人络绎不绝前来工业园区附近这个赌点参赌。为了逃避警方打击，该团伙人员的组织分工非常明细，内、外场都有保卫，内场还分为明哨和暗哨，而外围则由两辆车流动地在DC以外巡逻。保卫人员均持砍刀、铁棍和对讲机、手电等，如果发现意外，立即报信通知场内人员。6 [) W$ j2 n& }9 V; {# x! ~
! A8 A: i6 m, m% H0 u 据了解，为了成功打掉该Dubo团伙，此次联合清剿行动还专门成立了指挥部。 昨天下午5点，联合行动队在大板桥云南司法警官学校集结后，210名警力直赴DC展开清剿行动。4 v R+ x' E& L3 U, w

截至昨晚11点半，行动队已抓获112名参赌人员，还有源源不断的涉赌人员被带到指挥部附近的广场上。联合清缴行动还在继续进行，估计要到今日凌晨四五点钟才能结束。 |
