$ b: A1 l, R4 }! T6 ]- a5 L. y7 _ 张勇是位土生土长的温州人，在他的印象中，只有儿时经历的才算得上是真正意义上的“包红包”。那时留下的“红包情结”也使得集彩不到三年时间的张勇对“彩票红包”情有独钟。( z8 Z& l: i. {5 D: c

彩票红包属于彩票附属品范畴，多由各地彩票机构发行。红包封面以“福字”、“生效”、“福彩logo”、“公益标语”居多，印制较为精细者还可在票面上看到地区各类玩法的简介。% N! H" B0 Z& E1 s
与福彩宣传单一样，同为彩票附属品的红包因封面的可塑性，使其具有极佳的宣传效用。将红包摆放至彩展的醒目位置，任彩民随意选取，不单可以增进站点人气，更可将福彩的宣传面铺开。3 c4 @- O3 G- N; O
“年初，通过藏友间的交换与赠送，我得到了广东省福彩中心当时发行的6套红包以及广州是福彩中心发行的1套。”张勇认为，虽然许多资深藏友入行伊始就发觉了彩票附属品的收藏价值，但是至今仍然很少有人系统地去对这些附属品进行整理、汇总，而藏品本身的稀缺正是市场活力不足的症结所在。

在国内汇集众多资深藏友的彩票收藏论坛内，张勇集中展示的一组台湾彩票红包图片引来多方关注。许多垂青这些藏品的网友纷纷发帖，希望得到馈赠。“至今，单是台湾的红包我就已经赠出两百余枚了。”张勇告诉记者。
]* A1 ]: d) a6 [" T 据介绍，台湾彩票红包均是由彩站发行，机构只负责资助一些印制所需的费用。“因为台湾很多彩票销售点均是为经济困难人群提供的就业福利，所以只要利于彩站宣传、增收，机构都会大力支持。”张先生坦言，当地彩站少则发行一套红包，多则可达6套左右，且每套的封面上都印有彩站的名称及详细地址。' v# x# ^# [% B3 E( |7 F; ^
“这样的针对性较强的宣传模式非常值得我们去学习。此外，之于广大收藏爱好者来说，品种丰富的藏品也会大大增强我们的收藏热情。”张勇说道。 |
