信息时报讯 （记者 聂奇文 通讯员 吴利娜 谭伟凡） 一个跨越港澳台、东莞等地的23人网络Dubo团伙，在东莞多镇开设Dubo网络公司，4年“吸金”50亿元。2010年5月16日，这个东莞史上最大的网络Dubo团伙被警方端掉。近日，东莞市第三人民法院公开审理此案，案犯张某等11人以开设DC罪获刑五年至一年六个月不等的刑期，案犯刘某等12人以Dubo罪获刑一年六个月至一年三个月不等的刑期。所有案犯都表示服判。昨日，东莞检方透露，该团伙一香港籍主犯仍然在逃，警方正在全力追逃。/ L: I2 U& H" U$ ]

这个曾被列为2010年公安部打击网络Dubo犯罪十大典型案例之一的疯狂Dubo案，案犯四年来主要活动在港澳台、东莞厚街、横沥、桥头和常平等镇区。2010年3月，东莞警方根据线索发现这个用网络Dubo的团伙，同年5月16日，东莞厚街警方为主导力量开展统一专项行动，一举摧毁这个特大跨境网络Dubo犯罪集团。
1 {; C @8 Y! H( }& U+ }. g 据检察院介绍，行动中仅厚街警方就出动了一半警方，随后还出动1/3警力参与对嫌犯的突审工作。案件进入检察程序后，仅涉案账单就多达3000页，最终检察院方面的审结报告近80页。 T/ F( ^ K2 W5 W
据警方此前的通报，“5·16”统一行动抓获了香港人张某等犯罪嫌疑人共26人，其中香港籍人员6人。警方现场还查获了63本账薄，据初步统计数据，该团伙每月Dubo流水资金就超过了70亿元人民币。警方还端掉了该团伙3个网络Dubo对数窝点和4个聚赌窝点，现场查扣了39台作案电脑， 冻结资金1400余万元人民币，查扣现金人民币13万元、港币2万元。

据法院查明，自2006年起，多名香港人化名为“杰叔”、“勇哥”等在东莞多个镇区先后成立了代号为 “930”、“147”的Dubo对数公司，并雇请张某等人负责日常管理工作。涉案人员中有13人在“147”对数公司工作，主要负责为下线代理开设账户和对会员Dubo情况进行日常核对，提供交收数据。另外有8名涉案人员在“930”对数公司工作，主要负责统计分析会员输赢情况，并按照组织者的指示进行“跟投” 牟取暴利。
- [/ x' ?) Q3 A& B' L 这些Dubo公司通过为多个境外Dubo网站担任股东和总代理等职务，获取Dubo账号及密码发展赌客到Dubo网站上Dubo。然后，张某等管理人员从Dubo网站谋取分红、“回水”等非法利益。期间，“杰叔”等人还设立了代号“F4”等多个Dubo投注公司，由张某等人负责运作管理，直接从事Dubo投注活动谋取非法利益。其中，高层管理人员按照层级获取分红、“回水”，其他低层受雇人员按级别获取相应的工资。
