海口经营水果Dubo机 11名男子被判刑并处罚金

南海网4月27日消息(南海网记者陈望通讯员吴淑骁陈元宁)购进水果Dubo机在各小店铺投放经营，近日，海口美兰区检察院对彭某军、黄某兵、黄某军等11人提起公诉，法院依法以开设DC罪判处彭某军有期徒刑十个月，并处罚金10000元；黄某兵、黄某军有期徒刑八个月，并处罚金5000元；黄某龙、彭某某、廖某、李某、彭某田、黄某、曾某、陈某等8人有期徒刑七个月，并处罚金1000元。( H0 ?2 C$ b( g" n) f; s7 u6 C* T
2010年1月至7月,彭某军、黄某兵、黄某军等人共同出资32万元,由黄某兵从广州购进水果Dubo机,然后在海口市大致坡镇、三门坡镇等地一些人流量较大的小卖店、麻将馆、发廊等店铺大量投放。投放方式是在当地划出片区,指派专人负责与各个店主洽谈,一般均以300元每月的租金外加5%提成的报酬在各店投放水果机。& b+ P" Q6 f2 n. c) D! g$ [3 G
彭某军等人在大致坡共投放水果机100多部,并将大致坡镇(包含大致坡镇咸来墟)划分为六个小组,召集并安排黄某、曾某、彭某某、李某等八人协助管理,各组人员每天按各自分工及分管的片区巡查所投放的水机,曾某为机动人员,随时抽调支援各组,黄某龙担任会计,负责统计各组人员每天上报的帐务及作帐,而彭某某则负责管钱及机器维修。该组织还为各组成员配发了七辆摩托车及一辆五菱小面包车,用于组员开展业务及水果机的投放。' o7 W) q8 l* f, K$ Z' x6 e: W1 R3 X5 |
上述人员均由黄某军负责具体管理,彭某军负责全面管理。在三门坡镇,彭某军、黄某兵、黄某军伙同胡某(在逃)等人共同投资25万元,以上述相同方式累计投放水果Dubo机60多部,由胡某负责管理。此外,彭某军还伙同他人共同投资30万元,在海口市白龙路一带投放水果Dubo机60余部。 |
