! `. A, J8 _5 Y) P' e2 N& E. e “北固派出所吗，川中大市场又有人在聚众Dubo了。”10日下午3时许，北固派处所值班电话铃声响起，据一群众反映：该Dubo地点就在该市场内5栋一家茶馆里。接到举报后，北固派出所所长李银国迅即做出反映，要求立即行动，严厉打击这伙人的嚣张气焰。很快，一支20余人组成的便衣JC行动队在副所长杨鸣明的带领下，迅速而悄然地赶赴现场。* v8 v1 |4 |% Z" s

一张桌子几把椅子

: ~: ~ C" A0 H n 这个Dubo场所“设施”十分简陋，只有一张桌子、几把椅子和一副扑克，但“生意”却非常兴旺。

他们的Dubo方式是“同对”：一张四方桌坐4个人，分庄家和3个闲家，每家发2张牌，比点数大小，围观的人都可以“买马”。往往是一副牌局有几十个人参与，把牌桌围得水泄不通，下注金额从几元到几十元不等，上不封顶。参赌的多是“无法确定身份的人员”，甚至还有一些买菜路过的老头老太，丢下个几十元“碰碰运气”。

小贩望风十分森严

# D# {) n4 X2 E G' f" N 近两年来，当地警方曾多次接到市民举报，并先后组织了几次抓赌行动，但每次都扑了空。原来，DC经营人员在选址时就非常“考究”：DC所在的菜市场长约500米，DC位于菜市场中间，平时，菜市场里人来人往，这为参赌人员留下了疏散的空间和逃走的机会。5 x7 r- W5 x0 _# t0 _: e

在以往的每次抓赌行动中，JC一露面，就会被“望风”的人认出来，并马上给DC通风报信：“快点，JC来了。”里面的人就迅速“撤离”，往往用不到20秒钟，整个现场就会撤得一干二净。

“经过安排部署，几名面孔比较生疏的便衣JC早已潜伏在Dubo现场，把现场的一切摸得清清楚楚。”据北固派出所副所长杨鸣明介绍，考虑到当地及周边派出所民警都是“熟脸”，容易暴露，此次专门挑选了几名“陌生面孔”进入现场，一部分便衣JC将几个通道口子全部堵死后，另一部分JC直接进入现场，待时机成熟，立即“多对一”地将几名主要嫌疑人控制。

参赌人员供认不讳3 Y0 @1 B$ r1 S; g# c
- r' C& _4 j' H5 q; z1 X/ {7 J+ d 收网之时，众多围观者离开现场，但罗某、陈某、胡某3人被现场控制。后经审查，3人均对Dubo一事供认不讳。目前，罗某被处以行政拘留15日，陈某被处以行政拘留10日，胡某被处以行政警告。5 x8 l& N: [- A" k: ]0 U

北固派出所所长李银国告诉记者，川中大市场聚众Dubo的问题，是一个存在多年的顽固“毒瘤”，但北固派出所领导班子已达成共识，下定决心铲除“毒瘤”，还市民一个安静舒心的环境。（记者 杨言） |
