2月19日上午，[url=http://www.aynews.net.cn/jray/][color=#003366]安阳[/color][/url]市公安局龙祥派出所案件侦查大队中队长邢海涛、郭保勇接到报案称，商贸城附近一家音乐会所的老板张某的钱包被盗。民警迅速赶到现场，据张某介绍，钱包就锁在会所吧台的一个抽屉里，里面装有2000元现金和银行卡以及别人打的欠条等物。由于抽屉没有被撬痕迹，民警将目标锁定在了该会所内部人员身上，很快该会所林州籍服务员宋某被列为重大作案嫌疑对象，但其已不知所踪。就在民警发动警力寻找宋某下落时，张某接到宋某发来的一条短信称，钱包在他手上，要想拿回银行卡和欠条，必须拿5000元赎金。在民警的配合下，张某假意成交，但宋某随即又把价格涨到1万后没了音信。% N: R& F; Z5 ]8 k
为尽快抓获犯罪嫌疑人，龙祥派出所案件侦查大队成立抓捕小组，连夜赶往林州市查找宋某下落。2月22日晚，根据掌握的线索，民警邢海涛、郭保勇在鹤壁市将准备投案自首的宋某抓获。据宋某交待，他实施盗窃是为了引起妻子的重视。2009年，宋某在[url=http://www.aynews.net.cn/jray/][color=#003366]安阳[/color][/url]市打工期间认识了内黄籍女子王某，并很快结婚。婚后一年生下女儿后，王某赋闲在家每天不是上网聊天就是和牌友打麻将，对家庭和女儿不管不顾，家里仅靠宋某微薄的工资维持生活。宋某无法忍受王某，两人开始了频繁吵架。
0 _6 b% o/ h5 j! T. B 今年年前两人再次吵架后，王某搬回娘家居住，并拒绝宋某看望女儿。宋某心灰意冷之下突发奇想，如果自己犯罪坐牢，妻子定会幡然悔悟。2月9日，经朋友介绍，宋某来到该音乐会所上班，开始找机会实施盗窃。利用工作便利条件，宋某逐渐知道老板张某的钱包锁在抽屉里，钥匙放在另一个抽屉里。2月19日凌晨1时，趁无人注意时，宋某打开抽屉将张某的钱包偷走后潜逃。
